ASVB Furnishing – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ASVB CraftVision Private Limited (“ASVB Furnishing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are processed for purchases made through furnishing.asvbcraftvision.com (“Website”).

1. Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at contact@asvbcraftvision.com with your order details.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to return eligibility as described below).

2. Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

  • To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet after receiving your bank details.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue.

  • We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

The following categories of products are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Used, altered, or damaged items
